Ten years into a career in visual and brand design, I kept running into the same wall: the best idea in the room rarely survives the handoff to a build.
So I moved into product, then into product management, then into the codebase itself, chasing the same goal at every step: close the gap between deciding something and shipping it.
That path is why a Design System migration and a customer-research fix look the same to me: both are about removing friction between people and the product they're trying to build or use. Today that means pairing product thinking with hands-on execution, including directing AI coding agents to turn decisions into working software myself.

Experience
Conta Simples I reverse-engineered the company's Design System from Storybook into an AI-operated Figma library, unlocking AI-assisted prototyping for the whole design team. Before that, I fixed a broken customer-research survey myself, end to end, turned it into a recruiting engine that multiplied client interviews about 15x, and used those interviews to specify a simplified, company-type-aware signup flow that lifted conversion by 15%.
Alinea Health nearly three years in a hybrid Product Manager / Senior Product Designer role, owning discovery-to-delivery for web, mobile and AI-assisted features, and delivering a 40% reduction in healthcare costs for enterprise clients.
Earlier roles two years at Equifax as a Product Designer, building a design system and leading a rebranding effort that moved UX metrics; then product design roles at Estante Mágica (conversion and engagement) and Revelo (a digital recruiting platform).
